Premier Students and Families,
We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe during this truly unique time in our history. As promised, we are providing you with an update regarding Arizona’s statewide closure of schools. Premier is preparing/providing virtual and distance learning opportunities for our students beginning on Tuesday, March 24th through Friday, April 10th. Our next update is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th by 5:00pm.
This is consistent with Governor Ducey’s order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and physically close all Arizona schools until at least April 10, 2020. If the physical school closure is extended, we will communicate additional information to you as soon as possible.
Our current plan will include conducting a detailed phone survey on Tuesday, March 24th to assess our students’ needs in order to participate in virtual/distance learning from their homes. Our teachers and staff are very busy setting up Google Classrooms and other virtual structures to provide daily lessons to our students using this format. Your student will be provided with detailed directions about the expectations, including their schedule of classes and how to access their virtual classrooms/lessons and connect with their teachers in the coming days.
Our team continues to make every effort to support our incredible students and families. We understand that the closure of our schools has a major impact on our families. We are fortunate to be part of the Premier Titan family and will get through this together. Thank you for your flexibility and support!
